Rhosyn is our lovely 2 AA Rosette restaurant at Penally Abbey. Rhosyn is also listed in the Michelin Guide and located just outside Tenby, diners can enjoy beautiful sea views. It is a relaxed and romantic place to settle in, unwind and enjoy thoughtful, delicious, seasonal cooking using the best ingredients that the Pembrokeshire coast has to offer.

Afternoon Tea

Available Wednesday to Sunday
Booking times: 1:30 PM or 3:30 PM

We require 24 hours notice for all Afternoon Tea bookings as everything is made fresh each monring.

Our Menus

Our menu evolves with the seasons to showcase the outstanding local produce available here in Pembrokeshire. Whilst we update our menus online regularly, some dishes may vary depending on seasonal ingredients and our brilliant chefs making some delicious tweaks.

Booking Information

Dietary requirements and special requests

We will do our best to accommodate special requests or dislikes; however, we cannot guarantee that all preferences can be met. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for vegan diets. Please do let us know of any allergies or intolerances prior to your restaurant reservation.

Larger Table Bookings

In Rhosyn, we can accommodate one large table for up to 8 guests. If you'd like to book a table of 8 people, please to contact us directly as we require a pre-order for tables of 8 or more.

Service Charge 

Please note a service charge of 12.5% will be automatically added to all food and drink bills.

This charge is discretionary; if you would like it removed from your bill, please let us know, and we will be happy to do so.

If you feel that our service did not meet your expectations, we would appreciate your feedback on how we can improve, as we highly value your comments.

Booking and cancellation Policy 

Please be aware that we securely hold card details for all our reservations to fall in line with our cancellation and no-shows policy to protect our small independent establishment and minimize waste. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your reservation or would like to postpone to an alternative date.
Please be aware that a charge of £25 per person is applied if this is not met or in the event that you are a no-show.

Private/Group Bookings
Large dinner bookings (over 8 guests) will only be accommodated in our private dining space 'The Courtyard' which does incur a hire cost. Food requires pre-ordering. Please do contact us direct to make a group booking 

Late arrivals
We understand life can get in the way of good time-keeping sometimes but if you have a booking and you are running late, just give us a call and let us know when to expect you.  We always ask for the best contact number and will try to call guests who are more than 15 minutes late. If we haven’t heard from you within 30 minutes of your booking, the table will be released. For our last dining time at 8.30pm we operate a different policy, the booking will be cancelled for guests who are more than 5 mintues late if we haven't heard from you.

Children

Our restaurant is child-friendly and offers a dedicated children’s menu on request. We recommend that guests with younger children book an earlier sitting, from 6:00 pm, at the start of service. This ensures a more relaxed dining experience for families, with quicker service and a quieter atmosphere before the restaurant gets busier later in the evening.
