This is the room that rose like a Phoenix from the ashes after the fire that destroyed it during lockdown. As a result it is a very special room, now light filled with tall double aspect windows framed in heavy cream linen by Designer’s Guild. Painted in pale, neutral shades with pops of rich amber. The bed is French style, velvet-lined and super king size where you can sip a coffee while watching the sun rise over the sea.
One of the grandest proportioned rooms in the house, it embraces the architecture of the building with its ogee headed doors and windows. There are two sumptuous armchairs in soft grey linens and velvets and a writing desk in the window to sit at and gaze out to sea while contemplating that first novel!
Just down a few steps the equally light filled bathroom with its quirky window and wafty Volga linen curtains is equally calming, featuring a bath with a shower over it for you to relax in with Bramley products to indulge in during your stay.
