CHEF DE PARTIE

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, exceptionally reliable, and capable of confidently managing their own section independently.

The successful candidate will work alongside three seasoned, professional, and innovative chefs who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of our menus. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance in their culinary career.

Rhosyn Restaurant has been featured in the Michelin Guide from 2020 to 2024 and has consistently maintained its 2 AA Rosettes for the past four years.

Requirements:

Experience in an AA Rosette kitchen or a similar environment
Ability to competently manage their own section
Exceptional reliability
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
Solid understanding of stock rotation and management
Team-oriented mindset, always ready to assist others in the kitchen
References from previous or recent employment required with all applications

Desirable Experience:

2 years of experience in an AA Rosette kitchen

What We Offer:

£12.00 per hour plus tronc (approximately an additional £1.30 per hour) depending on experience

WEEKEND BREAKFAST CHEF

We believe that breakfast is as vital as any other service and are committed to offering our guests the highest quality local produce. Maintaining high standards is crucial, and we strive to provide a relaxed yet efficient and friendly service. Experience, attention to detail, and a team-oriented, friendly attitude are essential for this role.

Please Note: There may be opportunities for additional hours during the week to cover our full-time breakfast chef.

This position also involves preparation for our Afternoon Tea service, including the preparation of scones, sandwiches, and cakes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating our complimentary "Cake of the Day" to warmly welcome arriving hotel guests.
