The Courtyard at Christmas is the most magical backdrop for any festive work dinner party or family celebration. Whether you're looking for somewhere to gather together friends and family for a pre-Christmas celebration or to host a work dinner to celebrate the festive season, the Courtyard is perfect.
At Christmas, the Courtyard has a beautiful 12-foot real Christmas tree that sparkles over the tables and is decorated with candles and twinkling lights.
Guests hosting dinners have private use of the Courtyard bar area to enjoy a pre or post-dinner drink.

We require all bookings to pre-order from our Christmas Dinner Party menu at least 7 days before the booking.

Hire Fee
The Courtyard hire fee is:
Sunday–Thursday: £150.00
Friday–Saturday: £200.00
This is a hire fee for exclusive use of the Courtyard and is not a deposit. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
The hire fee includes exclusive use of the Courtyard, a private bar, bathroom facilities, all of our festive decorations, crackers, Bluetooth sound system and a member of our waiting team throughout the evening.
The hire fee is non-refundable from 1st December.
If your guest numbers are reduced within 7 days of your event, a £25 charge per person will apply and will be added to your final bill.
Arrival and Departure Times
For those booking a dinner in the Courtyard, we offer the following timings for Christmas Dinner Parties:
Arrival for drinks: 5.30 pm
Dinner served: 6 pm
Last orders at the bar: 10 pm
Courtyard closes at approx: 10.30 pm
Tenby, and some of the best pubs in Pembrokeshire, are just a 5-minute taxi ride away for those who want to continue the party.
Christmas Dining
The Private Dining space will be decorated for Christmas with seasonal flowers, crackers, candles and our giant Christmas tree.
Pre-Orders
All food and drink pre-orders must be returned at least one week before your event. We are unable to make changes after this time.
Parking
Hotel parking is reserved for overnight guests. Parking is available at the village green below the hotel or at Penally train station which is just a 5-minute walk away.

To secure your booking, please call Reception on 01834 843033. We will take full payment of the applicable Courtyard hire fee at the time of booking.
