Cancellation Policy
We politely ask that you give a clear 72 hours notice of your cancellation before the booking. As a small business, last minute cancellations can affect us quite significantly and giving us plenty of notice allows us to rebook tables, plan our staffing, cook lovely food with minimal waste and remain priceworthy for all of our guests.
Private/Group Bookings
Large events, such as group afternoon tea bookings or private parties, are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when making a booking. The deposit will be based on each individual event and discussed with the organiser.
Late arrivals
We understand life can get in the way of good time-keeping sometimes but if you have a booking and you are running late, just give us a call and let us know when to expect you. We always ask for the best contact number and will give try to call guests who are more than 15 minutes late on busy days. If we haven’t heard from you within 30 minutes of your booking, the table will be released.
